Proof of concept for a university retention analytics pipeline. Snowflake Cortex AI sentiment analysis on student survey data, Microsoft Fabric DirectQuery semantic model, and Power BI with faculty-level row-level security. Built entirely on synthetic data — zero institutional or student records used.
